Pro tip Use the dictation button instead of typing. Both apps have one. Talking is far faster than thumbing out a long answer, and you will say more than you would have written, which is the whole point.
Help me find my unfair advantage as a real estate agent. It is not AI, and it is not "I care about my clients." Every agent says that. I am looking for the specific human thing about me that another agent in my market could not copy even if they read it word for word. Interview me to find it. Ask one question at a time and wait for my answer. Do not summarize, and do not write anything, until you have asked me at least eight questions. Work through these areas, and follow up when an answer is thin: - What I did for work before real estate, and what I actually got good at doing there. - Where I grew up, and where I live now, down to the neighborhood. - The kind of client I would happily work with for free, and the kind that wears me out. - The last deal I saved when it should have fallen apart, and what specifically I did. - What friends and family ask me for help with that has nothing to do with houses. - What I know about this area that someone moving here could never find online. When you have enough, give me: 1. My unfair advantage in one sentence, written in my words and not in marketing language. 2. Three ways it should change how I introduce myself at an event like this one. 3. The kind of client it points me toward, and who I should stop chasing. 4. Five things I could talk about publicly that only I could say. Be blunt with me. If what I have given you is generic, say so and ask me better questions instead of writing something flattering.
